Yes, I agree with the other people making good comments over this animation-presentation. There is no doubt that the two upper vertebrae, that is, the atlas and the axis undoubtedly is the basic of all biomechanical functioning of the entire spinal column. Therefore, it is very important that they are kept aligned. Excellent video, congratulations for posting it. It really is educating.

Since various vertebral bodies can be shaped differently from one person to the next, I don't like using the term 'aligned.' I think it's better to just say that you keep them optimally functioning and moving properly.
